This autumn we’re celebrating our 10th anniversary at MARK with a series of events and activities.
MARK family meals will be hosted in the showroom where delicious Cornish food and drink will be on the menu, and in keeping with our hands-on ethos guests will have a chance help prepare the meal, under the expert guidance of James Grant. James is Lead Trainer & Development chef for Jamie Oliver ltd so it will be a real treat to have him cook for us.
Our ‘MARK making’ series continues:
We’re hosting ‘Stitch and Bitch’ sewing workshops by soft furnishings master Maggi Loughran of the School of Soft Furnishing in the showroom. In each session Maggi will take you through the steps of making your own scatter cushions, using fantastic Kvadrat, Bute and Camira fabric offcuts from our production.
Our ‘life drawing club’ continues under the direction of tutor Charmaine Watkiss. We provide Models, Materials, Music, Refreshments, Tutor. You leave behind, Inhibitions, Computers, Stress.
And a major celebration will be our showroom party with friends and clients who’ve joined us on the journey on Thursday November 29th.
