John Miller started the company with Anna Hart in 2008. Together they run MARK Product, with their creative studio Hart Miller Design at its heart. John’s focus is on technical design and manufacturing, drawing on his broad experience in the furniture industry.
Anna Hart is one of the founding directors of MARK Product. She and John share all aspects of running of the company, with Anna’s leadership particularly key in interiors, projects and creative strategy.
Andrea Stemmer, in partnership with Sarah Kay, designed our highly successful Wave and Shaper tables. Bringing a unique twist and their passion for wood to these outdoor tables, this range is a fresh take on contemporary outdoor furniture.
Alan and his team are responsible for all our finely crafted timber pieces such as Arris and Bosco. Combining modern technology with long standing wood-working skills Alan ensures we retain these vital skills in the UK.
Lee has been in charge of our upholstery production since 2011, and now a core member of the team. With a can do attitude Lee and his team upholsterer all our products here in Cornwall combining traditional upholstery skills with detailed tailoring to bring details to life that set MARK products apart.
Dylan Freeth has brought his approach of applying a simple idea or observation and executing it in a practical, production-friendly way to a number of MARK Products including the Iso table with its elegant timber framework and the iconic Six coatstand.

Danny leads in the development and production of all our metalwork establishing systems that can combine high-tech production processes with effective construction.

Sam Johnson has designed the award winning Net chair and stools for MARK. Sam is a designer of ‘things and spaces for people and places’; he currently shares his time between running his own design studio and tutoring the next generation of designers at Ravensbourne University.
Tomoko Azumi is a director of t.n.a. Design Studio; a furniture, product and exhibition design consultancy. Tomoko has designed the Spin tables and Verso range for MARK, illustrating her uncompromising eye for proportion and detail.
